What is special about Blanco Cocina + Cantina? The laid-back party atmosphere, perfect for sipping the day away serves craveable dishes like Cheese Crisps (aka Mexican Pizza) and the Chimichanga – a Sonoran regional staple. In fact, Blanco will offer Chimichangas with decadent fillings such as short rib machaca or braised chicken. Other show-stealers include Tiger Shrimp Fajitas with spicy garlic butter, and tacos on handmade corn tortillas with Slow Cooked BBQ, roasted corn slaw, pickled onion, and crema fresca. Wash it all down with any of the house made margaritas, squeezed fresh all day long, like the Jalapeño & Pineapple Margarita with chile verde liqueur & habanero bitters or a Frozen Paloma with blood orange, grapefruit, and blanco tequila.

Blanco isn’t your typical Mexican restaurant in Phoenix. It’s a beach vacation-style hangout and party paradise. We’ve got three peaceful, but playful options to choose from. The easygoing Main Dining Room seats 50 and the laidback East Patio seats 48 guests. The Private Dining Room is our most decked out party den, and it comes fully loaded with audiovisual equipment, LCD projector, and plasma TVs with satellite cable and DVD player. Joyful and lively, the Blanco vibe exudes a lush vitality great for any shindig or soiree. Add the best tacos and tequila in the city to the mix and you’ve got one great party!
